The Farmers' Federation had temporary plans and we reduced space and provided office changes to suit their new layout. This project was completed during working hours with staff in place - a difficult project but with little inconvenience to staff members. Project consisted of refurbishment of Council Administration Centre. Scope includes construction of new Council Chambers building (200m2), new amenities block, new mechanical sevices, new electrical services, furniture design/fit out, and relocation. This project was 18 months in the making and is to be opened by The Hon. Paul Omodei, Minister for Local Government, in February 1999.
